The following Enablement Packs configure WhereScape RED to support SQL Server/Azure SQL DB as a target Data Warehouse platform. For RED 8.6.6.x version only, a licensed target database type of “SQL Server” is a requirement for the SQL Server/Azure SQL DB Enablement Packs.
Usage notes:
The File Parser Enablement Pack is included with the SQL Server/Azure SQL DB Enablement Pack installer from version 221017-1549 onwards, enabling users to browse, parse and load data from the following files:
- Parquet / JSON / XML / Avro / ORC / Excel / CSV / Delimited text
Files can be sourced from the following sources:
- Windows
- Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2
- Google Cloud Storage
- Amazon S3
- REST API
